28-day aged steaks

We have Tom Grieson’s dry age our own side of beef from rib to rump for a minimum of 28 days. This is then butchered down to ‘primal’ cuts and allows us to select the size of steak we want rather than being beholden to a specific size and weight. Keep an eye on the blackboard as when they are sold out they are off the menu.
They are served with dressed salad, slow roasted tomato and our hand-cut beef dripping chunky chips and cooked to your desired temperature.
