Mr “Ed” Pook has taken charge of offering you Dumfries and Galloway on a plate.  His Head Chef, Craig Chaplain brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and even more enthusiasm to the kitchen.  Working closely with local suppliers as well as foraging and collecting ingredients, Mr Pook’s Kitchen will bring the best raw ingredients to the dishes, turning those ingredients into innovative tastes of the region.

Alongside the restaurant we have joined forces with Chris Bain to open up a Bottle Shop, being our very own in house off-licence.

The Bottle List focuses on Chris’ passion for wine alongside the sales of some fabulous beers and spirits.  Chris is passionate about educating both customers and staff in the world of wine and spirits.
