Wild Garlic Salt




This is one of my favourite things to make in the spring time, i hand forage the wild garlic right from my farm and the surrounding forests.

At the restaurant we then lacto-ferment it, dehydrate and the combine it with “Posh salt”

To Bring you this immensely umami flavoured salt, that i like to call “Umami Crack”
